At Electric FX, we operate under four core principles that guide everything we do. These values are our DNA. They let the world know what we stand for. They give our employees a reason for doing what they do, and they give our customers a reason to believe in us.
Our first core value is integrity. Integrity is the foundation on which we build relationships. It begins with trust and honesty. It means we operate in an open and transparent way. We are respectful – of our customers and each other. We have a strong belief in what we do and in the people we do it with. We do the right thing, not necessarily the easy thing. We challenge ourselves to be the best we can be.
Our second core value is customer service. Our goal is to “wow” our customers at every opportunity. How do we do that? We respond quickly to their questions and concerns. We get to know them and what their needs are. The more we know about our customers, the better we can help them. We go above and beyond to make sure they are happy. And we think long-term because when our customers are happy, they will be loyal and hopefully tell other potential customers about us. We understand that we must give more than we get.
Next is accountability. Accountability starts with empowerment. That means we take ownership and pride in our work. We take responsibility for our decisions and act when we see something that isn’t right. We lead by example and mentor others. We give honest feedback and evaluation. We are human, and we make mistakes, but we don’t make excuses when things go wrong, we make things right. Ultimately, each one of us is responsible for the success of the company.
Our forth core value is continuous improvement. How can we improve the process? We have a passion to be better and believe there’s always room for improvement. We embrace change. Before any decision is made, we ask ourselves, “Is this going to help us?” We are savvy and innovative, not just with our products but in our solutions for our customers. We aren’t afraid to try new things and keep trying them until we find a solution. We are constantly testing our limits.re
